Using your Spa Finder gift card
When paying your spa bill, present your gift card to the spa and let them know what amount you wish to pay with your gift card. You can choose to either pay the full bill with your gift card (if your balance is in credit), or you can split the payment between your gift card and another payment method.
No. You can use your gift card multiple times, as long as your card hasn’t expired and the balance on your card is sufficient. If the payment amount is less than the gift card amount, the remaining balance will stay on your gift card as long as it is valid.

No. The Spa Finder gift card can only be spent in spas that are shown on this website. If a spa in one of the participating chains is not on the website, please contact us with the name and location of that spa.
Your gift card can be spent on all products, treatments and packages available at the spa unless otherwise stated or excluded on the spa’s listing page.
Whether you can use your gift card during a promotional period is at the discretion of each participating spa. To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you mention you wish to pay with a Spa Finder gift card when you make a booking or when you arrive at the spa.
Yes. Your gift card can be spent at any time as long as your gift card is valid and your card’s balance is in credit.
Please note, paying with your gift card is processed as a standard eftpos transaction. Please confirm that the spa staff attempted to process your payment with your gift card as an eftpos transaction. Balance and validity
To check your gift card’s balance, please check the balance online or call 1300 882 590.
Your gift card is valid for three years from the date of purchase. Please note, the date of purchase can differ from the date when you have received your gift card. To check whether your gift card is still valid, please visit here or call 1300 882 590.
Once your gift card has expired it can no longer be used. The Spa Finder program does not offer a grace period. Instead, we have extended the validity period for our gift cards from 1-year to 3-years.
Gift cards are activated at the point of sale. If your gift card is invalid this often means that the merchant did not properly activate the card.
- If the gift card was bought in store, please go back to the store with your gift card and sales receipt to have it activated.
- If your gift card was bought online, please email us with your card number and order ID.
- If you have received your gift card as a gift, please check where it was purchased with the person who gave you the gift card.
Lost/Stolen
No. The gift card is like cash so it cannot be replaced when lost or stolen.
